This page explains what this site collects, what we do with it and who can see it.

What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the way and the time you prefer to be reached, and your message. Please do not include medical details in the message. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recordings or an embedded scheduler on this site.

How we use it

We use your message only to reply to you. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Intake forms live on the practice's own portal, which has its own policy.
