Who it helps
Therapy through infertility
For an adult who is trying, waiting or deciding, with or without a fertility clinic.
What sessions look like
Fifty minutes, one to one, in the office or by video. Many people come between appointments at their clinic, with a calendar full of results and procedures and no place to put how they feel.
We talk about the waiting, the money, the friends who are pregnant, the decision about whether to try another cycle, and the relationship that has become a project. Some people come for a few sessions around a hard month; others stay.
The method
Talk therapy, with perinatal training behind it. Yolanda can teach practical skills for the days that are hardest, and explains each one before using it.
Good to know
What this is not, and how it is paid
What this is not
Not fertility care, and not advice about a cycle, a medication or a clinic. Your medical team is the one to ask. Yolanda does not prescribe.
How long and how often
You and Yolanda set the pace together. Some people meet weekly during treatment and every few weeks between cycles.
How it is paid
You pay for each session yourself, and we give you a receipt to send to your plan. How the fee is set and the good faith estimate are on the fees page.

Questions
Three questions about this service
Do I need to be in treatment?
No. Lull is for anyone who is trying, waiting or deciding, with or without a clinic.
Can I come if we decide to stop?
Yes. Deciding to stop, or to build a family another way, is something sessions can make room for.
Will you talk to my clinic?
Only if you ask, in writing. What you say in sessions stays private, except where the law requires otherwise.
Would you like to begin?
Write to us with the times that suit you. You do not have to explain why.
