She keeps her practice small on purpose. There is one counselor and one room, and time between sessions so that no one meets in the waiting room. Yolanda explains her way of working in the first session and checks whether it suits you.

Unhurried, and without a script
Sessions are talk therapy. Yolanda will not tell you to try again, to be grateful for what you have, or that everything happens for a reason. She will listen, name what she hears, and teach a practical skill if you ask for one.
She sees adults only, in Milwaukee or by video while you are in Wisconsin.
